个人简介:

中国医学科学院肿瘤医院主任医师,医学博士,博士生导师。2014年10月受聘于北京肿瘤医院病理科主任。

1986年毕业于山东医科大学医疗系,同年分配至中国医学科学院肿瘤医院病理科工作,后就读于北京协和医科大学获医学博士学位。近30年来一直从事肿瘤病理诊断与研究工作,在肿瘤病理诊断及研究方面积累了丰富经验,尤其擅长胸部肿瘤包括肺肿瘤、胸腺瘤、食管癌、间皮瘤等肿瘤的病理诊断,主要亚专业领域为胸部肿瘤病理诊断及研究,包括肺癌分子靶向治疗相关病理诊断及基因检测等。曾于2008年在伦敦大学Center of Medical Oncology,Cancer Tnstitute,Barts and The London,Queen Mary's School of Medicine and Dentistry 做访问学者,从事肿瘤基础研究。

临床工作
得益于国内著名病理前辈培训及影响,具有良好的专业基础及职业习惯,在肿瘤专科病理方面积累了较为全面的临床诊断经验(除骨肿瘤及颅内肿瘤外)。多年来专注于胸部肿瘤病理诊断及研究,在日常临床工作中善于发现并解决临床所急需的病理诊断应用问题。今年来有影响的主要临床业绩包括:
1. 2006年在国际上发表的论文“肺癌细支气管肺泡癌成分含量对肺腺癌预后影响的研究”对当时的国际卫生组织肺腺癌分类提出“有待细化补充”的建议,该观点在2011年的肺腺癌国际多学科分类中得到体现,论文被该分类索引为相关参考文献。
2. 继国际上2003年报道肺腺癌微乳头结构成分的临床意义之后,2006年在国内首次报道了该特殊成分对临床治疗及预后的影响,并于当年全国病理年会大会发言,受到关注和好评。
3. 目前所主持进行的“判断肺内多灶腺癌原发或转移性质”临床应用研究工作也正是基于解决临床日益增多的肺内多灶患者的临床分期、治疗方案选择及预测预后等问题的迫切需要,利用我院病源优势及肺癌组织形态学分析优势,联合院所基础科室先进的技术平台进行的多学科合作课题,所涉及的研究内容目前在国际上尚属空白,其研究结果将对肺腺癌多灶病变性质的准确判断、完善肺癌国际临床分期具有重要临床应用及指导价值。相关研究的初步结果已多次在近期召开的国际肺癌会议上专题报告。
4. 2011年国际多学科肺腺癌新分类的国内推广及应用。为适应肺癌个体化治疗的临床需求,肺癌国际多学科对既往世界卫生组织肺癌分类的腺癌进行重新评估和亚型分类。在国内学术会议上多次介绍其临床意义及应用价值,包括我们自己的研究数据(国际专业SCI期刊即将发表),并应邀做专家评述(发表在《中国肺癌杂志》期刊)。
5. 肺癌个体化治疗相关肿瘤驱动基因EGFR,ALK,ROS1,c-MET,HER2等检测方面无论是检测前肿瘤标本的规范化质控(属于中国医学科学院肿瘤医院病理科分子检测或诊断质控的一部分)、还是检测病例数量及检测结果的分析、解读、还有相关肺癌病理亚型诊断的规范化流程及免疫组化套餐的设定等专业水平均在业内具有优势。
6. 早年即参与中美国际合作中国林县食管癌的研究,诊断万余例食管普查病例,参加卫生部淮河流域食管癌高发区临床研究,在食管癌早期病例诊断形态学方面具有丰富经验。纠正多次误诊病例,尤其是病理改变与食管鳞状细胞癌有一定相似程度的返流性食管炎的活检标本诊断病例。
7. 对纵膈胸腺瘤、胸膜间皮瘤等病例曾进行大宗病例分析,积累了大量的病理诊断经验。胸腺瘤亚型分类、临床分期相关指标病理评估、有限组织的活检小标本正确恰当病理判断均处于国内领先地位。
另外,每年接待两千余例来自全国各地的疑难病例病理诊断患者;态度认真、热心服务、医德良好,在业内外具有良好声誉。
基于多年丰富的临床诊断经验及严谨的工作作风,受国家卫计委及中华医学会病理分会等委托,正撰写(主要执笔人)“肺癌病理规范化诊断标准”、“原发性肺癌诊疗规范(2014版)”项目内容。
