PS,IS 和TS 是ER染色结果的评分方式：
- A Proportion Score (PS) （比例分数） is assigned representing the proportion of tumor cells with positive nuclear staining.
- An Intensity Score (IS)（强度评分）is assigned representing the AVERAGE staining intensity of all positive tumor cells.
- A Total Score (TS )（总评分） is the sum of PS plus IS (ranging from 0, 2–8).
